I've been studying a little on values and composition in hopes of improving the overall presentation of my panels. I've said this before but I sometimes feel like my characters are getting swallowed up by my backgrounds, so to speak, and I've been wanting to change that. It's hard when I'm working on gray scale, because I want to convey the mood of the piece, while still making it visually appealing. Making my backgrounds considerably lighter in shade seems to help with this, but I'm still learning. 
And uh oh! The cage, the cage, the cage is on fire! With it being enchanted, how are they going to get out?!
